We’re looking for Marketing/Event Coordinator to join our team to grow new product sales by enabling customer success and identifying upsell opportunities for our key accounts.
The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the customer’s needs and help them succeed in using our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customer may face.
- Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all account stakeholders
- Gain a deep understanding of the customer’s business and partner in their ongoing success
- Monitoring all campaigns to evaluate performance against pre-defined targets
- Assist in the organization and setup of events
- Manage social media output and engagement in a diligent and effective manner
- Assist the activities of marketing teams to ensure designated tasks and set targets are achieved.
- Attend sales launches and events as and when required
- Assist in the implementation of digital marketing strategy including CRM management, and email software management, updating relevant property portals and creating monthly reports on digital marketing activity
- Assist with PR agency to implement agreed communications plan and maximize PR opportunities as part of development 360 marketing campaigns
- Build relationships with external agencies to provide best value marketing material and campaign production
- Other tasks assigned by Manager
- 2-3 years’ experience in digital marketing
- Articulate and well accustomed to a client-facing role
- Rank and deliver competing priorities and tasks
- Willingness and ability to travel
