REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Male or female, minimum 18-years old
  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field
  • Must be able to understand, speak, read and write English to a good standard. Other language skills are welcome
  • Desire to improve and grow business skills
  • Can use Microsoft Word Excel, PowerPoint (Good at formatting)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Customer Service’s responsibilities are:

  1. Answer the telephone and transfer the caller to the appropriate staff member
  2. Meet and greet clients and visitors
  • Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office
  1. Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, mailing, and filing
  2. Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences
  3. Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
  • General administrative and clerical support
  • Prepare letters and documents
  1. Monitor the use of supplies and equipment and maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
  2. Schedule appointments
  3. Tidy and maintain the reception area
  • Assist other staff members as requested
  • Other duties as assigned by manager
