CBRE Cambodia Announces New Managing Director Appointment
Phnom Penh, Cambodia Monday 10th of June 2024 – CBRE Cambodia is pleased to announce a transition in its leadership effective June 7th, 2024.
After successful tenure as Managing Director of CBRE Cambodia, Mr. Lawrence Lennon will be embarking on a new journey within the organization. He will be assuming the role of Director within the Capital Markets team at CBRE Vietnam. Since joining CBRE Cambodia in 2021, Mr. Lennon has been instrumental in driving the growth and success of the firm and is excited to bring his expertise to the dynamic real estate landscape of Vietnam.
Reflecting on his time in Cambodia, Mr. Lennon expressed gratitude to clients and colleagues, stating, “It has been an honor to serve as Managing Director of CBRE Cambodia and work alongside such talented individuals. Ms. Kinkesa Kim, an accomplished professional with a proven track record in the Cambodian real estate industry, will assume the role of Managing Director of CBRE Cambodia. Since joining CBRE Cambodia in 2018, Ms. Kim has led the Research and Consulting Department and served as Deputy Managing Director since 2023. Her extensive experience and strategic vision position her to lead CBRE Cambodia into its next phase of growth and success.
